I have received your follow-ups regarding the late Mohammad Qobadlou, and I thank you for your efforts, even though you were not the lawyer of the case. Your dedication, along with that of other activists and legal professionals, is commendable.

You must have seen my notes and criticisms directed at Mr. Amir Raeisian in Abdi Media, and I did not address your other colleague, nor did I wish to delve into the details. These criticisms should in no way be interpreted as a defense of the actions or details involving Sheikh Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, the head of the judiciary, and the judges of Branch 39 of the Supreme Court, including Sheikh Ali Razini and Sheikh Gholamreza Mazari, or the proposals made by Qalasi Mehr, the Chief Justice of Tehran.

However, please read the comments and tweets. Aside from insults and superficial criticism along with clumsy accusations, do you observe anything significant from those who claim to be legal professionals?

It seems no one intends to answer my completely simple questions so that I can provide a documented response afterward.

It's straightforward.

Would it be too much trouble for you, esteemed lawyer Mr. Raeisian, to write a line stating that all these matters I mentioned are false and that you have made inquiries to the Supreme Court and the office of the president, the first deputy, the judicial deputy, or Branch 39 of the Supreme Court, and have met with the client and checked the system? Is that too difficult?

Unfortunately, some have misinterpreted my criticism of the legal procedures within the laws of the Islamic Republic as a defense of the judiciary and the act of execution, which is a completely erroneous interpretation, and I feel sorry for those who interpret it this way.

This situation of criticizing and the media atmosphere persists, and as long as this is the case, what expectations can we have for reforming matters?
