1. Correct procedure in uploading and sending case files: All lawsuits and matters within the jurisdiction of the Peace Court should be sent to the judiciary, and the registration of such lawsuits under the categories of the Dispute Settlement Council and the Public Prosecutor's Office in the relevant systems should be avoided.

2. Accurate valuation of real estate: In all lawsuits related to real estate, which conventionally are valued at more than one billion Iranian rials, the claim should be realistically valued and set at more than one billion Iranian rials.

3. Accurate valuation of movable property: In lawsuits involving movable property, the real price and value should be considered, and if the valuation is determined to be more than one billion Iranian rials, it should be set accordingly.

4. Non-acceptance of unrealistic valuations: Electronic judicial service offices are obliged to refrain from registering cases in the Peace Courts if the value of movable and immovable property is unrealistically and less than the jurisdictional threshold of the general courts, and they should guide the applicant to an accurate valuation of the property.
