The Head of the Judiciary of Tehran Province, referring to the negligence of some agencies and institutions in responding to judicial inquiries, said:
Reports received indicate that some agencies and institutions do not respond to judicial inquiries within the stipulated deadline.
Considering that the agency and institution by its failure to respond causes the violation of the rights of the parties to the case, it is emphasized that according to Article 570 of the Islamic Penal Code, the refusal of that agency and institution should be prosecuted, because the rights of the people cannot be delayed by the lack of accountability of an agency.
