The Court of Appeals of Kohgloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, in a judgment dated 19/01/2025, canceled the contract for the construction of the Khersan 3 Dam due to non-compliance with legal regulations, including failure to follow the legal procedures for obtaining an environmental permit.
