Based on Article 92 of the Commercial Law, the following persons are considered fraudsters.

 

Based on Article 92 of the Commercial Law, the following individuals are considered fraudsters:

1. Anyone who falsely claims the occurrence of a commitment to purchase shares or the payment of the share price, or who announces or publishes forgeries that do not reflect reality, with the intent to compel another to commit to buying shares or paying for shares, whether or not the said actions had an effect.

2. Anyone who fraudulently uses the names of individuals as part of the company's titles to attract commitments or payments for shares, contrary to the facts.

3. Directors who have distributed imaginary profits among shareholders without having a balance sheet or based on a forged balance sheet.

According to the report of the Audit Organization as the legal inspector of the General Assembly of Telecommunications of Iran, 5 items of the financial information presented in the financial statements for the year 1401 have been identified as distorted, which are:

1. Employee welfare benefits
2. Reserve for unused leave
3. Immediate cost and obligations of the Telephone Company's Retirement Fund (Actuarial)
4. Financial tax and insurance liabilities
5. Costs lacking future benefits in tangible fixed assets
