Inquiry: Considering Article 5 of the Law on Enhancement of Punishment for Perpetrators of Bribery, Embezzlement and Fraud, what is meant by the phrase "public service officers, whether official or unofficial" in the text of the article, and according to the Unified Procedural Decision No. 798 dated 06/10/2020 of the General Board of the Supreme Court, are the employees of private banks also included in this section?
