**The Trial of Mohsen Eskandarinia Was Held at Branch 2 of the Tehran Criminal Court in the Presence of the Plaintiffs Following Several Hours of Proceedings**

Judge Amin Tuiserkani will soon issue his ruling. Extensive efforts and pressure were reportedly exerted to create controversy and have him removed from the case, but circumstances ultimately rendered those attempts unsuccessful.

The court’s decision will determine whether Mr. Mohsen Eskandarinia is acquitted of all charges, or whether, in the court’s view, this young defendant, born in 1984, acted entirely on his own and without any support whatsoever in committing the alleged acts and activities.

More importantly, it will become clear whether the court will uphold the dismissal orders previously issued by Mohammad Nargesian, the special investigator for international affairs cases, regarding the other defendants—both individuals and legal entities—or whether it will order the issuance of indictments and return their cases to the prosecutor’s office for further proceedings.

What became of all those extraordinary pressures and fears of disclosure as time passed and their patrons were no longer present?

I will write more soon after the court issues its verdict.

The precise and well-documented account of the Zaviyeh Financial Group continues...

As I have written many times before, one must be patient.
