Mohammad Hadi Jafarpour, a lawyer, published a video while raising the question, what is the judicial responsibility of the opponents of filtering? The Freedom of Information and Access Act states: 

Article 2 of the Law on Publication and Free Access to Information stipulates: Every Iranian person has the right to access public information. The importance of fulfilling the duties defined for the government and government officials in securing the legitimate rights and freedoms of the people is such that Article 9 of the Constitution stipulates that even an important issue such as the independence or territorial integrity of the country cannot be considered an excuse for enacting a law contrary to the rights of the nation. 

The aforementioned law stipulates: Any behavior that hinders the right to access information or the implementation of any policy that harms people's livelihood, social and cultural rights and physical and mental health is prohibited. 

Now, considering the destructive effects of the Internet situation on the soul and soul of the Iranian people and documented in Article 22 of the Law on Publication and Free Access to Information (amended 3/30/1403)-which intentionally committing the following acts is a crime and punishable by a monetary penalty of 6,600,000 to 825,000,000 rials.
