The judiciary news agency reported: "Following the violation of hijab by a female director and a cinema actress in a public place, the Tehran prosecutor has filed a criminal complaint against them.
The female director and her daughter attended a film review session without adhering to hijab requirements.
As a result of this action, a criminal case has been opened in the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office."
Rakhshan Bani-Etemad and Baran Kosari participated in the film review session for "Someone Always Gets Lost" without mandatory hijab.
