This villa has an area of 8,000 square meters, and its ownership deed has been issued in the name of Bank Mellat for an amount exceeding 5,000 billion tomans.

By court order, the 8,000-square-meter villa of Akbar Rahimi Darabad, the primary defendant in the Chai Dabash case, valued at over 5 trillion tomans, was handed over to Bank Mellat as restitution to offset the bank's debt.  

This villa, covering 8,000 square meters, had its ownership deed issued in the name of Bank Mellat for an amount exceeding 5 trillion tomans.  

Akbar Rahimi Darabad had registered the villa in the name of one of his employees; by court order, the mentioned employee was summoned and claimed that the villa had been transferred to him in settlement of a debt.  

As a result of the investigations, it was determined that this claim was false, and Akbar Rahimi had taken this action to evade the law. The villa was confiscated by court order.  

By the judge's ruling, the villa was seized in favor of the government and handed over to Bank Mellat as restitution to offset the debts owed to the bank by Dabash Company. /Mizan
