Akbar Rahimi Darabad had registered the villa in the name of one of his employees; by court order, the mentioned employee was summoned and claimed that the villa had been transferred to him in settlement of a debt. As a result of the investigations, it was determined that this claim was false, and Akbar Rahimi had taken this action to evade the law. The villa was confiscated by court order.
