I recommend following and reviewing the detailed notes on this matter in "Abdi Media". However, it remains to be seen what measure that #special_will will finally adopt.

Recently, the Secretary of the Election Oversight Association of the Chamber announced in an interview that the process of holding new elections for the President of the Iranian Chamber will commence soon. However, according to the regulations of the Chamber's Representative Council, this association had effectively concluded its mission at the end of Khordad this year, and its renewed activity and legitimacy remain in doubt.

Especially considering that, according to reports, two of the five members of this association have resigned from their positions. This has further complicated the situation, and it is unclear how the government's decision to change the President of the Iranian Chamber will be implemented.

Moreover, it has been reported that two members of the Election Oversight Association of the Iranian Chamber have deemed the association's renewed activity to be accompanied by legal and regulatory flaws and have withdrawn from continuing their participation in the association.

Therefore, out of the previous five-member association, three members remain: "Hossein Mir Mohammad Sadeghi," who represents the private sector, and two government members, "Jahambakhsh Sanjabi Shirazi" and "Mohammad Javad Haji Hosseini," who represent the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture and the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade ("Setad") in the Chamber's Representative Council.

Given this, it remains to be seen whether the possibility of holding new elections in accordance with the government's opinion can still be facilitated with this oversight association.

On the other hand, as I wrote in a separate note and tweet, the Iranian Chamber has filed a complaint with the Administrative Justice Court regarding the government's interference in private sector affairs and the directive to cancel the elections. We must also await the decision of the Administrative Justice Court.
