We brought the views of the Prime Minister closer to those of Ayatollah Khamenei, and regarding the Ministry of Health and Medicine and the Ministry of Mines and Metals, it was agreed that he would introduce [the persons in question] to the President tomorrow. At noon, Eft was not at home, Mehdi and Yasir ate the leftovers from last night. It wasn't bad either.
In the evening Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei said on the phone that Mr. Rajaei Khorasani [Permanent Representative of Iran to the United Nations] reported from New York that the president of Gambia and the head of the Peace Committee of the Organization of Islamic States have asked about our latest conditions for a ceasefire and are waiting for an answer. We asked the Imam through Ahmad Agha. The Imam said, if based on the acceptance of Iraq's aggressor status, a court is formed to punish Saddam, in addition to [compensating] the damages and the return of the immigrants, we will accept it. We did not have anything important in the reports.
