In the afternoon, I had a class on positions, and then a meeting with Sina Vahed, who spoke about the shortcomings of art and films; and with Engineer [Musa] Kheir, who spoke about the outcome of the negotiations in London for purchasing weapons and spare parts.
I also spoke with Dr. Velayati about what should be said tomorrow in the Friday prayer in explaining the trip of the condolence delegation to Moscow and other matters.

At night, I attended a meeting with members of the Cultural Revolution Headquarters and the heads of the branches of government. We also discussed the students and the reopening of the universities and made some decisions. Then we had discussions with Messrs. Khamenei and [Mir-Hossein] Mousavi.
