In the morning after prayers, I walked in the yard; walking back and forth repeatedly along a fifteen-meter path is exhausting. I tended to the garden, picked a few flowers for a vase, and sat down to study. After resting, I went to Parliament. I had two or three meetings.

Near sunset, together with the President, the Prime Minister, Mr. [Abdol-Karim Mousavi] Ardebili, and members of the IRIB Supervisory Council, we held discussions and consultations in my office regarding the management and issues of IRIB. I stayed at Parliament for the night.
