Mr. Tawakli Bina came. He was dissatisfied with the recent decisions of Mustafafan Foundation in connection with the Housing Production Institute. I had an interview with Sedavasima about the Fajr decade celebration.

Mr. Mahalati and Rabbani [Amlashi] came; They asked for help to borrow or forgive the loan that the central bank gave to the loan fund, and to solve the problem of the trade union committee.

Mr. [Saeed] Rajaei Khorasani came. He talked about America's willingness to open a way for reconciliation with Iran and he is worried about Iran's policy towards America. I said that there is no intention to make relations [with America] more difficult; But they must reduce their evil.

In the afternoon, I had two meetings with representatives. A delegation came to the countries of the south of the Persian Gulf and gave a trip report. In the evening, the board of directors [Islamic Council] had a meeting.

At night, we were guests of the Prime Minister. He reported his trip, and described the situation in Türkiye, Cuba and Nicaragua. It was reported that Mr. [Mohammed Mahdi] Rabbani Amlashi was tested in the hospital after a severe headache and a lump was discovered in his head and it is possible that it is cancer. It was agreed that [doctors] would consult and if necessary, he would be sent abroad for treatment. Ahmad Agha went to see him and at the end of the night, the doctors had preferred that he undergo tests and surgery in Tehran. I went to the assembly to sleep.
