On Monday, February 18, Ms. Ghanem posted an audio message on her Instagram page, saying, "I don't need the gratitude of the officials of the Fajr Festival," and emphasized that in recent years, she has even been denied the opportunity to give a concert.

The Public Relations Department of the 40th Fajr International Music Festival had announced that the performances on the final day of the event, Monday, February 18, would be dedicated to Simin Ghanem "in recognition of Simin Ghanem's influential role in the path of female singers' activities."

Simin Ghanem taught alone at home for many years due to the ban on women's singing.

Earlier, singer Mohsen Chavoshi reacted to the use of his name at the Fajr Music Festival, saying: "I am not satisfied and I am not interested in hearing my name in such circles."

Hossein Alizadeh, a well-known Iranian musician and musician, also reacted to the dedication of the third day of the Fajr Music Festival to him, saying that his only honor in Iranian music has always been not attending the Fajr Music Festival.
