The annual budget of Iran's Department of Environment is only 80 billion Rials

The government loses 700 thousand billion Rials (Tomans) from selling imported gasoline and 200 thousand billion Rials (Tomans) from selling domestic gasoline.

The annual budget of Iran's Department of Environment is only 8 thousand billion Rials (Tomans).

The government does not collect five thousand Tomans from the consumer for every liter of (domestic) gasoline it sells!

Selling gasoline at 5,000 Tomans is wrong.
