Judges at the International Criminal Court have issued arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. An arrest warrant has also been issued for Muhammad Diab Ibrahim al-Masri, also known as Muhamma

The court rejected legal challenges Israel had raised about the authority's jurisdiction.
The arrest warrant comes as the Israeli military announced that he had been killed in an airstrike in Gaza a few months ago.
The ICC says there are sufficient grounds to hold the three men criminally responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Both Israel and Hamas have denied the accusations.
Now, with the issuance of this ruling, it is up to the 124 member states of the Court to decide what to do in order to implement it and to arrest Mr. Netanyahu and Mr. Gallant. Israel and its main sponsor, the United States of America, are not members of the Court.
