And following long fluctuations in electricity, they gradually wear out. To solve this problem, it was necessary to think about equipping telecommunication towers and modernizing them. 

According to him, if these things are ignored, problems, especially on intercity roads, can become more widespread and citizens can get into trouble. This requires high investment, which sometimes operators may not be able to afford under existing conditions. 

He considered another thing that can cause an increase in the amount of disruption in communication networks during power outages, some unplanned outages and added: If everything is according to a clear schedule, network disruption can be prevented to a large extent.
