آیا مجیدرضا رهنورد توانست از تمام امکانات قانونی فرایند قضایی برخوردار باشد؟

Majid Reza Rahnavard Payin Deh, the son of Mohammad Javad, who was accused of war by pulling a cold weapon like a knife that killed two people and injured 4 others, was hanged this morning in public in Mashhad with the confirmation of the verdict by the branch of the Supreme Court of Iran. He was hanged and executed.

Without going into the nature of the accusation and the way of handling his accusations and making a judgment, I have some important questions for his lawyer that will clarify the dimensions of the story:

Did he have any objections to the judgment of the lower court and then the judgment of the Supreme Court branch or not?

If there was a problem, did he request a retrial from the Supreme Court?
If yes, at what stage exactly, and if not, why?

And whether there was an attempt to obtain consent and forgiveness from the parents of the deceased?
