I would like to draw your attention to the advisory opinion of the General Legal Department of the Judiciary (which was published in Abdi Media) and also to my note regarding the deletion of the note under Article 48 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

As an independent reporter, thank you for publishing the news of the banning of revolutionary courts, for accepting lawyers who are not noted under Article 48 of the Criminal Procedure Law, and for extending the limitation of the trial stage to the courts.

Please, Your Excellency and other respected lawyers who are personally referred to these special authorities and are faced with such conditions; Inform the matter in writing - I emphasize in writing - to the deputy supervision and inspection of justice of all the relevant provinces and ask for consideration.

And in this case, and similar cases where the appeal is closer to justice with the presence of a designated lawyer, the matter should be reflected in writing to the deputy of supervision and inspection of the Supreme Court.

The written reflection of the matter is official reliable and inviolable, and the next action should be considered as media, and not elementary or just relying on media tools and board.

At the same time, with the jury of the investigating branch in the court, immediately after the referral; Talk in person and justify the problems in the previous stage and request in writing to announce the representation at that stage of appeal - or retrial.

I hope that Mohseni Ajieh, who in the recent meeting with the Board of Attorneys of the Center, spoke clearly about his action before the government and parliament to remove the note under Article 48 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if he really has the will for this matter and this will be considered as the will of the system, for now In the first step, at least during a public speech in a meeting of high judicial officials, and then, issuing a directive to the courts of the revolution, to notify the necessity of accepting all lawyers at the stage of the trial court and appeal and appeal in the Supreme Court of the country, especially in the removal of caution. So that justice is not damaged more than this.
