Honorable Mr. Mozafari, President of the Court of Administrative Justice

The circular of the Deputy Director General of Justice of Tehran Province to the supervised courts and justices seems to be completely illegal.

Because banning people from services is a kind of deprivation of the inalienable rights of citizens, which is considered a punishment in this circular, and the punishment must be according to the law.

Since it is not clear who among the respected lawyers or citizens will demand the annulment of such a directive by filing a petition with the General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice, and considering the history of the order and the annulment of the previous directive of the Tehran Province of Justice in that court; Now that with the new law of the Court of Administrative Justice, the Deputy Public Law and Crime Prevention Court has also been established; I hope that your Excellency, as a matter of public concern, will raise the issue in the general board or the specialized boards of the Administrative Court of Justice and defend the law and certain legal principles and cancel this circular.

Of course, this does not negate the powers, reports and supervision of the Supreme Court's Deputy for Supervision and Inspection, the Legal Deputy and Public Supervision of the General Inspection Organization, the Public Law Deputy of the Attorney General, and the Constitutional Deputy of the Presidential Legal Deputy within their duties.

Abdollah Abdi
