Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media

It has been heard that the General Inspection Organization of the country has announced that the intervention and follow-up of this general problem of the iPhone series 14 registry has nothing to do with the General Inspection Organization of the country.

If the news reported by Abdi Media is true, it should be regretted by the (General) Inspection Organization of the country, whose scope of authority and interference and supervision is decreasing day by day, or it does not have the motivation to intervene and supervise accurately and with authority.

Mr. Chairman

According to Article 174 of the Constitution and the Law on the Establishment of the General Inspection Organization and its executive regulations, the responsibility for monitoring the smooth running of affairs and the implementation of laws is with your organization, and the most important duty of the note under Article 25 of the Law on Promotion of Administrative Health and Combating Corruption is that It has required the organization to monitor the response of the governing bodies.

Who is responsible for the lack of coordination between the Ministries of Security and Customs of Iran and the Headquarters for Combating Goods and Currency Smuggling? And also the responsibility of these institutions not responding to public complaints in this connection?

Shouldn't the National Inspection Organization defend the nation's rights and prevent public dissatisfaction and financial losses to many people?

If a ban has been adopted for the import of iPhones and any other devices, shouldn't it be made public according to the duty of publication and free access to information?

In addition, why is a mobile phone taken from travelers at the entry point of the country and registered in the customs system so that the traveler can use it with pleasure to the official institutions, but cannot pay the government fees and in the end, the money he spent will be lost.

What authority should deal with this duality?

Does your organization, like intelligence agencies, have to plan after a crisis and public dissatisfaction?

Who is responsible for neglecting and neglecting the National Inspection Organization in its prescribed duties?
