The necessity of revising the constitution

Since the market for writing notes for the referendum is hot, we must ask if these dear note-writers and are ready to be interviewed once, just once, read Article 59 of the Constitution carefully and understand the consequences and surroundings of this process correctly?

In verse 59 we read:

"It is possible for the legislature to act through a referendum"
So according to what is stated in Article 59 of the Constitution; The principle is the parliament, and if two-thirds of the representatives do not have the power to approve an important issue, of course, within the limits of the parliament's authority, for any reason, they vote to refer to a referendum.

So it became clear (if two-thirds of the representatives approve in certain cases) that a referendum can be referred to.

Now we enter the second phase:

This decision is made by the representatives (approved) and according to the interpretation opinion of the Guardian Council in 2002 (which has not deviated from this interpretation so far) and of course, currently, the only official authority for the interpretation of the Constitution is the members of the Guardian Council; According to Article 94 of the Constitution, this resolution should be sent to the Guardian Council, and if approved by the Council, it should become (law) and be communicated to the President for implementation.

Of course, if the Guardian Council approves and the dispute between the Parliament and the Guardian Council is not resolved through the Expediency Council and the third phase does not start with another process.

We enter the third and final phase:

In fact, there is a "high commission to supervise the implementation of the general policies of the system" which, according to paragraph 2 of article 110 of the constitution, Ayatollah Khamenei has delegated his authority to supervise the implementation of the general policies of the system to this committee.

This board, supported by the leader of the Islamic Republic, has such power that if it is recognized that this resolution or law is against the general policies of the system; The legislative resolution of the Parliament and the Guardian Council is not amended but basically removed.
Of course, no one has the ability to oppose this action except Ayatollah Khamenei.

It should be seen whether the hypothetical and possible referendum proposed by the gentlemen will go through these ways successfully.

What I stated many times and discussed and proved in my notes is that the constitution has conflicts of interest and serious problems in many cases, that the revision and rewriting of the constitution is considered essential according to Article 177 of the constitution, and I hope that there will be a necessary agreement in this regard. Gird and Ayatollah Khamenei should form the Constitutional Review Council with the required headings.

I emphasize that I only presented a process and the reality of the referendum in the current situation according to the existing law, and I think that people should be aware so that others cannot pursue any goals by misleading the people for any reason, which is beyond the scope of this article. and their own desires, or political or security parties and institutions.
