Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media
For the suspicious death of an ordinary citizen, a judicial case is opened with the police and prosecutor’s office, and if there are no specific issues, the case is closed.
Was a judicial case opened for the death of Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, the head of the Expediency Council, in the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of District 27 (Criminal Affairs) or District 1 of Tehran (the location of the incident)?
Did a special investigator or even the police arrive at the scene or the hospital?
If not, why?
I would like to remind you that even for the assassination of Mr. Rajai and Mr. Bahonar during those difficult years, regardless of the final outcome, a judicial case was opened
