The text of this confirmation letter to the President and the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution is as follows:

With regard to some statements and doubts regarding the validity of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution, especially the fact that these resolutions are exempted from consideration and violation in judicial authorities, including the Court of Administrative Justice, the Supreme Leader's blessed opinion in this regard, which in history 2017 September 21 to the Honorable Chairman of the Expediency Recognition Council, he informs your Excellency:

"The Expediency Council should be told to amend this law in such a way that the approvals and decisions of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, like similar councils, the Guardian Council, the Supreme National Security Council, etc., from including the Court of Administrative Justice and other judicial authorities and violating these Approvals should be an exception."
