آیا پس از خروج احمد وحیدی از کابینه و وزارت کشور امکان تعقیب قضایی او وجود دارد؟

Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media

Now that Ahmad Vahidi is no longer the Minister of Interior, it’s worth addressing a question that might have crossed the minds of some, or that some may have wanted to raise or even called for legal complaints regarding his actions.

Can the investigator of the Government Employees' Prosecutor's Office or the Tehran Military Prosecutor's Office summon him to address potential charges despite any complainants given his responsibilities as Minister of Interior, deputy commander-in-chief in Faraja, head of the National Security Council, or head of the Hijab and Chastity Headquarters?

Answer: No

Why?

Firstly, he holds the rank of Major General, and according to the directive issued by the Commander-in-Chief, even retired military personnel are subject to restrictions regarding summons in matters related to their command period, let alone a change in position.

Of course, unless there is the will and agreement of the Commander-in-Chief for a judicial investigation to take place; otherwise, that’s the end of it.

Isn’t that beautiful?
