To facilitate and simplify the review for Mr. Mehdi Keshdar, CEO of Mizan News Agency, regarding the clumsy maneuver related to item 5 of the centralized computer status of the prison organization previously mentioned, please consider the following:

Before January 11, 2023, when a new bail of 500 million tomans was issued for Akbar Tabari by the judge of the Government Employees Court, he had been on leave. On February 1, 2023, he deposited the bail and went on leave again.

Now, only a small question remains (though the answer and reasoning will be addressed in due course):

After March 8, 2023, did the deputy prosecutor or the judicial authority overseeing the prison extend his leave and effectively connect it to his release, with only a delay in the written notification to the prison for "specific" reasons? Or did Tabari abscond a few days early to secure his release?

And can such a significant mistake and blunder be expected from Tabari?

In either case, it does not affect the substance of the matter (unless they intend to create another security measure on a different charge to prevent his release, which is very unlikely, and even in that case, despite not being within working hours, Tabari would still deposit it).

The fundamental question is why does the judiciary claim that "Justice is the foundation of the state" while engaging in such public deception and undermining the foundation of justice with double standards?

Do you remember the uproar and TV shows about Akbar Tabari at that time? I believe one of the key aspects that the psychological operations commanders of the Islamic Republic have relied on is the weak historical memory of the people.
