Today, the police information center confirmed this news and announced:
"By sending documents and warning messages to the violators of the Hijab and Public Chastity Law, the police inform them about the legal consequences of repeating this crime at the desired time and place."

But the question is, how can the police get access to a person's personal information and his mobile phone number with just a photo of them in certain circumstances?
