The publication of a fictitious and fraudulent report from the Deputy Public Prosecutor of the 38th Tehran Public and Revolutionary Court, without attention to the letterhead, font, and systematic submission process to the head of that court, is another layer of psychological operations happening these days.

With a bit of legal knowledge, it is clear that a Deputy Prosecutor does not have the duty to issue reports except at the request and instruction of the Prosecutor, or for guidance purposes. This fake report, lacking a case system number, a fictional branch's archival information, and showing a lack of attention to the type of report and narrative disorder, is merely an amateurish attempt to imitate the drafting of a judicial report and legal documentation.

The final narrative summarizing this so-called report and referring to matters beyond the authority of a Deputy Prosecutor or Investigator, and overall the judicial system, with numerous writing and legal errors, is part of the ongoing psychological warfare that I have previously mentioned and condemned in several notes.

It seems to me that the preparation and publication of this report, given its level of writing and errors, cannot be accidental. However, it is more interesting that among the myriad of forgeries these days, the judiciary reacted quickly to this forgery, unlike with other forgeries.

Is this, as I previously wrote, also part of the same deception project, where a piece of information is published and then immediately or shortly thereafter, it is retracted?
