The game of two heads of the Islamic Republic with the pen and face of Dr. Mohsen Burhani

In the previous note, I discussed the suggestion of professor Dr. #Mohsen_Borhani regarding the complaint against Mr. Ahmad Vahidi by respectable citizens who have suffered due to actions called dealing with the phenomenon of compulsory hijab, along with a little analysis, which is a part of a bigger game.

Also, in the last part of the previous note, I raised a question; But now I will say more clearly that this game is a double-win game for the Islamic Republic.

If many citizens file a criminal complaint against the Minister of Interior and the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Police Affairs and the Chairman of the National Security Council; The Islamic Republic will say that the citizens submitted their complaints to the judiciary with complete independence, trust, and security, and the prosecutor referred them to the investigator, who also investigated, and... the result, of course, is known.

If the citizens do not file a criminal complaint for any reason, or worry about the consequences, or lack of trust in the judiciary, or knowing the final outcome; The Islamic Republic will say that the nation did not pay attention to the proposal of a famous and apparently critical jurist, and that is why they accept the current system and...

For those dear ones who made some problems with the previous note, it might be obvious to them why I clearly mentioned another page of the bigger game at the beginning of the note.

You will also notice why there is a big but completely legal question for me.

In an environment where serious restrictions have been created for most critical lawyers, professor Dr. Burhani as a university professor and a brave lawyer, despite all previous sharp criticisms and recent adjustments and with big claims in numerous judicial cases, etc.; His case is in the special courthouse for the clergy, which has a closed space and its information cannot be monitored in the judicial systems, without the slightest concrete encounter and without restrictions in the university, teaching, employment and still purposefully present in the virtual space!?

Famous lawyers who have been dealt with by the judiciary and security are so numerous that there is no need to mention their names.

Why did Hazrat Ostad Burhani stick to the executors instead of the main commanders, who are rightly nobles themselves and their supporters, and without referring to the commanders in the clothes of the law?

And now I repeat my question to Dr. Burhani.

If it is true in words and in writing, why don't you request the annulment of the decisions of the Minister of Interior from the general board of the Administrative Court of Justice and inform the result?

Do you and your friends know correctly that in the case of a complaint to the General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice and Inquiry and during the exchange of bills by the Deputy Chairman of the Court in the affairs of the General Board and Specialized Boards, when the Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and Parliament Affairs, the Minister of the Interior, permits and approvals The Supreme National Security Council and the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution or the top officials of the regime will present this committee, according to the law, it will not have jurisdiction and are you afraid of the outcome of this complaint?

I hope that after this date, Professor Burhani will publish his practical actions and the result in the media and not think of designing double-sided games in favor of a particular party.
