And this issue should be included in the correspondence and then it will be sent to the senior officials of the department or if a violation is found, it will be referred to the supervisory institutions within the department; This was not very desirable.

Recently, with all measures and efforts, this level of correspondence has been reduced to the Director General of Public Communications, who is administratively a lower position than the Director General of the Judiciary Secretariat, and documentary reports are rarely requested from judicial authorities and provinces; except in face-to-face meetings according to the postscript of the person being visited.

It is painful because the aggrieved party does not have the right to give or send a copy of the correspondence, except for sending a text message or giving the number of the letter. Unfortunately, it is also seen in the executive bodies, especially in the inspection of ministries and guardianships.

It is interesting to know that the Director General of Inspection of the Ministry of Justice, whom people referred to or corresponded with because of the name "Justice", was a refuge and refuge, and at least referred their correspondence to the relevant judicial authority and gave a copy to the applicant. And people are a little happy to pay attention to their complaints, at least in this ministry; He also refuses to deal with complaints under the pretext that judicial affairs have nothing to do with the Ministry of Justice!!!

According to the constitution, isn't this Ministry of Home Affairs the link between the 3 powers?
