Fayyaz Zahed and Mohammad Mohajeri, in a joint note, criticized the mandatory law regarding the appointment of individuals to sensitive positions for the President and the second-in-command of the country.

Yesterday, the Islamic Medical Association issued a statement under the secretariat of Dr. Mohammad Reza Zafarqandi, and others have also written about this issue.

I would like to draw the attention of these esteemed individuals to a sealed note I addressed to Dr. Massoud Pezeshkian.

In particular, one question:

Suppose, hypothetically, a candidate does not receive approval from the intelligence agencies, and the President consults with the Supreme Leader, but the Ayatollah does not recommend the intelligence agency to change its negative stance. If, under such hypothetical pressure, this individual becomes a minister or holds another sensitive position, how will they be able to fulfill their duties?

Obstruction will begin from the authority and security of their own organization to the collaborating institutions to undermine them.

Is it really difficult to understand this existential and obvious reality of the power structure in the Islamic Republic, or am I mistaken?

Furthermore, if someone like Ali Larijani is confident in himself and believes the inquiries are incorrect, he can file complaints with the public and revolutionary prosecutors or the special clergy of Tehran as applicable.

Now, if you say this simple journalist's writing is erroneous, that's fine; let's proceed.

Test it.
