A Compassionate Recommendation to "Ali Sharifzadeh Ardakani," Attorney for "Reza Mohammadhossini"

"Abdi Media" cordially and compassionately advises the esteemed attorney "Ali Sharifzadeh Ardakani" to, drawing from the bitter experience of the late "Seyed Mohammad Hosseini" and the issues that arose for themselves in this regard—partially due to legal mistakes and negligence previously reported in "Abdi Media"—if the officials of the Evin detention center have committed any violations, to first formally and officially address "Mr. Sharifzadeh Ardakani" to the Head of the Inspection Department and the Complaints Investigation Division of the Tehran Province Prisons Administration, or to the Director General of the National Prisons Organization's Inspection Department. If there are judicial ambiguities or criminal acts have occurred, the complaint should be directed to the Prosecutor General of the Islamic Revolution Court in Tehran or to his First Deputy. Subsequently, if there is no attention or satisfactory response, they should proceed to the media.

Of course, "Mr. Sharifzadeh Ardakani" is free to provide his explanations, and "Abdi Media" will publish his statements verbatim.

I have repeatedly written notes about the manner, expression, and language used when addressing the Islamic Republic and its complex structure, especially by the respected and dedicated lawyers of the judiciary. It should not be approached in a way that provides another pretext, such as questioning why an official and timely notification was not made.

I believe that initially, within the judiciary of the Islamic Republic, utilizing the available capacities regardless of the outcome, taking the correct and legally prudent action in writing, and then making their actions public through the media, would leave the responsible authorities with no excuses. This is because the matters have been formally communicated in writing to the responsible officials, yet they chose to ignore them.
