Removing the regulations test from the process of obtaining a driver's license is only possible for people who have already passed the regulations test and have received a license once.
In other words, this facility only applies to those who have previously had a certificate and have successfully passed the bylaw exam once.
This law does not apply to people who intend to obtain a license for the first time, whether for motorcycles or cars (basic licenses 3 and 2), and they will be required to take the regulations exam.
Also, in order to obtain a Grade 1 certificate, even if people have a Grade 3 or 2 certificate, the Regulations Exam is required.
The news of the total elimination of the regulations exam is not true.
