In today's open session of the Parliament, in order to remove the objections of the Guardian Council, Note 3 of the bill to amend Article 87 of the Civil Service Management Law was amended and approved.
According to the Parliament's resolution, all executive agencies, including headquarters and provincial, with the exception of military, police, and security units, as well as the operational department of service units such as banks, customs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, hospitals, health centers, and sports facilities, are obliged to adjust their working hours five days a week from Saturday to Wednesday.
