Where did the water crisis begin?

Alireza Daemi, Deputy Minister of Planning and Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Energy at the time of the Ministry of Eleventh Government, said: "Iran is not inherently suitable for agriculture because it has limited water resources."  Many of the products produced domestically, if they are purchased from the global market, will be cheaper than domestic production.  Unfortunately our agriculture is poor;  We destroy both the water resources and the worn out of our land.

The crisis begins here;  Where we did not apply rational management water resources, we did not create sustainable employment and develop the population, without thinking if this population could live.  Neither paying attention to land preparation nor to sustainable development.

We have a system that develops rent.  Just when some resources are low, some are thinking of unhealthy income from these sources, today that Tehran is facing a severe shortage of water around the city, the number of unauthorized wells increases every day and destroys groundwater resources without any control.  Why?  Because there is no oversight.

In the case of water, it is not possible to take effective action regardless of other dimensions, because it is an economic, social, political, cultural, technical, security and even diplomatic phenomenon.

The sovereignty advises people to bring more children and have incentives to support this policy because Iran's future population is moving towards aging.  But don't they think about the future that they can create a sustainable job for these people?  Is there a proper living conditions?
