Saeed, the spokesperson for the Emergency Medical Organization, reported that following a tribal conflict in Delgan County, which resulted in several injuries, two emergency teams were dispatched to the scene.
While transporting the injured individuals to Iranshahr, in the Shamsabad area, a vehicle that had been following the ambulance opened fire on the ambulance's cabin. As a result of this hostile act, an emergency technician, two victims, and a companion passed away, and the ambulance driver was severely injured.
This occurred during the "White Wound" campaign, aimed at expressing disgust towards violence against emergency staff, highlighting the continuing threat to the safety of healthcare workers and the community.
Legal action on this matter is currently underway by the relevant authorities.
