Exclusive of the incident in the Tehran subway / burns of one of the passengers

Based on the footage received from the CCTV camera of the Tehran subway and investigation of the incident:

 On August 10, at the South Terminal Station of Tehran Metro Line 1, one of the passengers, who was an elderly person, suffered severe burns due to his iron walking stick falling between the train and the station.

 In this incident, a woman suffered a superficial injury and was taken to the hospital along with an elderly passenger.  The lady was treated on an outpatient basis and the elderly person was hospitalized due to severe burns.

 Managers of Tehran Metro claim that we guarantee that we do not have any unsafe trains or unsafe stations, and trains do not enter the lines without safety.

 Now, I don't know what the details of this incident were or the reason why this news was not published in the media, but I think the explanations of the municipal managers and the metro operation company can give us more information.

 Now we have to ask, Mr. Tehran Municipality and Tehran Metro Operation Company, do you have an answer for the ambiguities that have arisen?
