Head of Gilan Judiciary: 11 people have died in connection with the counterfeit alcohol case. Four individuals have been arrested in relation to this case.
One individual, a producer of alcoholic beverages, has been charged with intentional murder, and two others—a distributor and a restaurant owner—have been imprisoned on charges of distributing alcoholic beverages, with their detention orders issued. An arrest warrant has also been issued for another fugitive suspect.
Additionally, the investigating judge has issued a directive to close and seal the restaurant involved in the case.
