In the past year, the people of Iran proved once again that while they are patriotic and defenders of their national integrity, their demand for dignity, freedom, and a decent life cannot be silenced—even if the cost is heavy.
We begin the New Year with cautious hope; hope for the alleviation of suffering, for voices to be heard, and for the opening of a path that leads Iran out of the cycle of crisis and erosion.
With the belief that Iranians, as inhabitants of the cradle of human civilization, have been and will always be peace-seekers.
