Ali Larijani can be asked, "What is the source and reason for this guzarash in the case of Ahmad Zaydabadi, and why is such a claim not reported in his trials?" and "Why is this claim not reported in his trials?

And it is noteworthy that Mohsen Hashemi Rafsanjani followed the open note about his father Akbar Hashemi's diaries, why has this explicit part of Ali Larijani's claim been modified and changed in Hashemi's diary?

Ahmad Zaidabadi

Now that the head of the judiciary has mentioned the "confiscation of property" when arresting people, it is not bad for me to recall the "property" that was confiscated at home 23 years ago during my detention and was never returned.

During the search of our home, several volumes of books borrowed from the Parkshahr Library, all the scans of my doctoral dissertation, the text of an investigation into the security arrangements in the Persian Gulf, several personal letters, cartoon video tapes used by the children, and a recently issued passport were collected and seized as "potential criminal evidence." I asked for a "receipt." The officers did not bring an administrative form and, at my insistence, they wrote down the names of the seized items on a sheet I took from my son's school notebook.

Not only were these items never returned, but when they transferred me from Evin Prison to Secret Detention Center 59 with all my furniture and clothes, after I returned to Evin Prison, they did not return them either, so that I had only one pair of prison clothes on my carpet, to the extent that after the provisional release with bail was issued, I had to borrow pants from Mr. Emaduddin Baqi inside prison!

My subsequent attempts to retrieve these items went nowhere, and since then, despite an unremitting effort of six months, I have never seen myself on any kind of passport!
The story of this property is now part of history and usually no trace of it remains, but recently, in the daily diary of the late Hashemi Rafsanjani, I came across something about my arrest in 1979 that I think is very important.

In his description of the meeting of the heads of forces at that time, the late Hashemi referred to a quote from Ali Larijani, the head of the Broadcasting Organization at that time, according to which Mr. Larijani claimed that during the arrest of Zaidabadi, three hundred million tomans were seized from his home. It has been seized!

With 300 million tomans at that time, it was possible to buy 20 80-meter apartment units in the Ponk neighborhood. In other words, three hundred million tomans at that time was equivalent to about 150 billion tomans today!

Now my question is, if such money, as Mr. Larijani said, was seized from my house, what happened to it? I will wait for the answer!
