Why does Pezeshkian , like previous presidents, say "they won't"?

Shargh newspaper wrote: "Whatever we want to touch, they say don't touch it, we have problems with electricity, we have problems with water, we have problems with gas... Everything is full of problems. Wherever we touch, it hurts somewhere" (Mr. Pezeshkian).

Otherwise, Mr. Pezeshkian, like any ordinary president in the world, should be able to do whatever he wants in order to be worthy of the position for which he was elected. If people know that the treating physician is both wise and capable, they will certainly accompany him and endure the pain. But the problem is that the patient assumes himself to be a lab rat and is afraid that the doctor will break his heart and intestines based on speculation and multiply his pain and may even kill him!
