Mohammad Jafar Ghaempanah, Executive Vice President and Acting President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in a tweet, referring to parts of the general policies of the regime, claimed that President Pezeshkian has announced that he will not implement the law known as hijab and chastity.

So far, everyone has said something and made a claim, but no one has answered this question exactly.

Now, with the tweet of Mr. Executive Vice President, a more important legal question arises:

Ayatollah Khamenei has delegated his authority to supervise the implementation of the general policies of the regime in Article 110, paragraph 2 of the Constitution, to a combination of members of the Expediency Council for many years, and the official authority for commenting on the compatibility or non-conformity of the decisions of the parliament with the general policies of the system is that body, and not the president, who has not declared the non-compliance board and the decision of the parliament has become a binding law.

Mr. Vice President, it should be clear with what legal support and adherence the President refuses to implement the law, which is one of the duties of the Ministers of Justice, Interior, Culture and Islamic Guidance, and corresponding institutions such as Faraja.

Will someone finally be found to summarize the legal and legal basis for this action? Or is it supposed to keep the truth of the story hidden from the people?

Is it possible to believe that the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic would remain silent about the non-implementation of a law (whatever the law) and the president's public declaration that it would not be implemented?
