Warning to Hammihan newspaper for headline and referral of the case to court

The Press Supervisory Board issued a written warning to Gholamhossein Karbaschi, the editor-in-chief of Hammihan newspaper, and sent the newspaper's case to the judicial authority for review.

According to the Public Relations Department of the Deputy for Media and Propaganda Affairs, the headline published in this newspaper, "The Effect of Shooting on the Negotiations," is not consistent with the text of the article, and reflects and repeats the false narrative and baseless claims of the Zionist regime, and reminds us of the false polarization of diplomacy and the field and throwing the ball to stop the negotiations in Iran's court.

Accordingly, due to the violation in the selection of the aforementioned headline, which violates the recommendations, considerations, and interests of national security, and the false and destructive message that it sends outside the borders in the current sensitive situation, the Press Supervisory Board, while carefully examining the matter, has issued a written warning and referred the case to the judicial authority.
