دو سناریوی پس از نفی مذاکره با آمریکا

The Supreme Leader's remarks about not negotiating with the United States were too explicit and clear to leave room for a second reading.

The Supreme Leader's remarks about not negotiating with the United States were too explicit and clear to leave room for a second reading. In any case, the Islamic Republic has decided not to hold formal and direct negotiations with the Donald Trump administration for reasons that have always been raised.

The main argument, however, is that after rejecting negotiations with the United States, what is his plan? Are negotiations with Europe going to be seriously put on the agenda and given such speed that it can reach an agreement with the Europeans before the expiration date of the JCPOA's sunset clauses next October, in a way that prevents them from using the snapback mechanism?

If this is the case, a possible agreement will inevitably have to be accepted by the United States as well as by Israel, because the European Union sees an agreement that is opposed by Trump and the leaders of Tel Aviv as useless and ineffective.
The second path is to despair of an agreement with Europe and move towards changing the nuclear strategy with all its consequences, especially the preparation for a military confrontation.

If the decision is made, as the editor-in-chief of Kayhan has emphasized, none of the supporters of the negotiations will be able to do so.
