Now, everyone who attacked Judge Amin Touyserkani and engaged in media sensationalism and other matters has fallen silent with his references. I, too, did not delve into the causa causans (ultimate reason) in detail on Abdi Media. Those who sought to create problems, or at least have this judge transferred, have also seemingly become inactive.

As far as I know, no one has put pressure on him for or against the Zavieh Financial Group, and at this stage of the proceedings—limited to denying many of the connections and attributions in this case—he is studying the file to reach a decision.

The widespread letters, petitions, claims, and strange complaints from the current sole defendant in this case, Mohsen Eskandarinia, and his deliberate, outrageous, and directed lies from prison by visible and hidden masters—including claims that he is banned from visits, or that his family's national ID code, or those of his associates, have been blocked, and other unrealistic restrictions that do not conform with any of the documents in the indictment file—have been proven false by the slightest investigation by the relevant institutions and the presiding judges, as has already happened.

Only a judicial warning has been issued to relevant authorities in the country for compliance and maximum scrutiny regarding adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) laws. Logically, anyone who has not committed the slightest violation in these areas should not be worried about complying with mandatory laws, should they?

The complete related documents and explanations, as well as recent activities, will be published after the completion of the investigation.

The strange and written claims of Mohsen Eskandarinia are fortunately sufficient for himself, the Eskandarinia family, and their masters.

I hope this judge, who has been independent and reputable until now, makes whatever judicial decision he intends, independently, and issues the verdict.

Even within the scope of the 24 volumes of the indictment file, with all the serious obstacles in the investigation, including the deadlock in examining tax evasion and cryptocurrencies, which I wrote about in separate notes, the issues are clear. However, neither I nor others are judges, and these matters fall within the jurisdiction of Mr. Amin Touyserkani's judgment at this stage.

Furthermore, I have written many times that Abdi Media is not a one-sided platform, and the Eskandarinia family and the Zavieh Financial Group, like others, have the right to send explanations or even denials if they have them; I will publish them exactly as received. I even sent a written message to one of the credible individuals close to them, and it was conveyed.

And note that I have not published even a single document until the investigations are concluded.
