In the evening Mr. Zanganeh, [Energy Minister] came. He had suggestions regarding the implementation of the Khodaafarin dam project, which I accepted. He wanted Mehdi to participate in the negotiations to build a water pipeline to Qatar. At night at home with Yasir and Mohsen, they discussed about Yasir's lesson and agreed to finalize the decision tomorrow.
