Three questions from the esteemed lawyers of the plaintiff/reporter/statement writer to the special prosecutors of the clerical and public revolution of Tehran

With all due respect and courtesy and appreciation to the respected and honorable lawyers who signed their statement/complaint/report to the special prosecutors for the clergy and public and the revolution of Tehran regarding Sheikh Kazem Sediqi and followed a civil and legal way and if this text of the lawsuit is also It should be considered that according to the law and the advisory opinion of the General Legal Department of the Judiciary, if an injunction is issued regarding this complaint, Sheikh Kazem and other persons cannot file a defamation complaint against respected lawyers.

I have three questions:

1- This text, which of course is not clear, is it the final text that was published or not? If it is a complaint, under what number/class was it registered in the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Tehran and to which district of the prosecutor's office and investigator/assistant prosecutor was it referred for handling? ?

2- If the statement or report is to the prosecutor, under what number was it registered in the general ledger of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Tehran or the secretariat of the prosecutor's office, and what action was taken on it?

3- The same questions in the first paragraph are also related to the special court of clergy, with the difference that:

A: Is it possible to file a complaint in the Special Prosecutor's Office for the Clergy by lawyers approved by that authority, or did the respected lawyers choose a lawyer approved by the Special Prosecutor's Office, or did they originally file a lawsuit/report?

B: If the statement/complaint was delivered to the office of the appointed special prosecutor for the clergy, what actions and referrals did the appointed prosecutor or his first deputy take on it?

A: If this document has been handed over to the special prosecutor for the clergy of Tehran, if it is a statement/report, what action did the prosecutor or his deputy take, and if it is a complaint, under what class was it registered in the office of the special prosecutor for the clergy of Tehran, and which prosecutor was it referred to?

4- According to the legal procedure in the two special courts for the clergy/public and the revolution, the prosecutor/investigator to start the investigation and prosecution upon receiving the referral complaint, initiates a summons/invitation to the plaintiff/complainant to first submit additional documents and statements and his/her statements. express

Has such a judicial process been carried out in the two special and general prosecutor's offices and the revolution, and did the respected lawyers present strong evidence and alleged documents to the investigating officer/investigator for the criminal prosecution of Sheikh Kazem Sediqi?

Regarding the notification of respected lawyers regarding this statement/report/complaint, it is the right of journalists and members of the media and newspapers to request the outcome of the investigation and during legal processes, and I also raised a question about this.
