Specifically, Rafiqdoust claims that he led the operational teams for the physical elimination of Oveisi, Shahriar Shafiq, Fereydoun Farrokhzad, and Shapour Bakhtiar, with the help of members of the Spanish Basque Party (a Spanish separatist party).

If, assuming that these allegations are true, Mr. Rafiqdoost was responsible for the assassination of these individuals abroad, then this is undoubtedly a confidential matter with a top classification and one must ask whether these documents have been declassified or not. And if it has been removed, where is it and why has it not been made public? Which agency has given Mr. Rafiq Dost permission to announce these things? Mr. Rafiqdoost, on whose behalf has this act taken responsibility?

Now, the question is that if a person is so intelligent and calculating that he has been able to carry out such complex actions and has been successful in his own work (whereas after the war, he was unable to run the Foundation of the Oppressed and was dismissed) and at the same time he has been able to keep all these events secret and hidden for several years, naturally he cannot be so ignorant at the same time that he has published He should also take action on these issues publicly, which in itself doubles the doubt about the veracity of Comrade Dost's words!

These are important questions that oral history must answer, and it is not possible to evade the answer under the pretext of omitting the interview, because if they have published these claims by mistake, they are accused of spreading lies and disturbing the public mind, and if they are telling the truth, they are accused of publishing classified documents, and in both cases, the public prosecutor must intervene in this matter to discover the truth.
